It began to move still more.
Although it is still a stage of a plan view now, it is a healthy apartment plan for Eco who took in the passive design about interior using lots of Japan cedar from Hyogo(our local).

It is cool in summer, warm in winter and is an energy-saving eco-apartment which hardly requires the electric bill of air conditioning.

Main feature of greenfingers eco-apartment
1. Use local woods, which realizes local supply and local consumption
2. Proposal a passive design which means It does not depends Air conditioning more than needed
3. Completely free from sick house syndrome, there are full of delicious air, totally healthy,safety environments.
4. Planning full of green such as a green parking, home vegetable garden, a common space will be mini-agroforestry.
5. The apartment has 7 households. Each household has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet, a balcony and of course a vegitable garden in front of an apartment.
